On October 28^th 2017, UniGuard upgrades the web tracking software with activation of Email Alerts, which means user can not only view and hear real time alerts on web tracking system, but also now receive instant alarms by email.

How to setup email alert?

1 Login web software with Group Account

Only Group account has the right to setup email alerts. Nickname and IMEI account has no right to set email box.

2 Setup Email box for vehicle

A Tick vehicle on the vehicle list

B Common command

C Set the email for alarm (Users can setup up to 3 email boxes)

D Click Okay

Caution:

1 Please make sure the email box you setup is right, otherwise alert email will not send out.

2 Email is sent out from a neutral mailbox which has nothing to do with UniGuard, which means it is safe for you to introduce to your clients.

3 If the mailbox is right and you cannot receive the alert email, please also check spam and add the alert email to white list.

4 Once right mailbox is setup, web tracking system shall keep sending alert emails unless the alarm trigger is solved.

5 If you do not want to receive alert emails, please follow setup steps to remove the mailbox.
